Whether it’s an organisation-wide strategy or an objective-specific strategy, we develop a tailored approach, leading or facilitating the development process from start to finish. Many clients also engage us to create implementation plans that will deliver their new strategy.  We have supported a range of clients to develop new strategies including Football Association of Ireland, Cerebral Palsy Sport, the Scottish FA and Newcastle United Foundation. 

Providing effective support to an organisation’s board or their leadership team is an important investment into the business’ future development & sustainability. At SDY, we specialise in providing this to the sport and charity sectors. Drawing on the significant leadership expertise and experience of our team, we develop a tailored package that meets the needs of our clients. Support may include leadership mentoring and coaching or board effectiveness reviews and action plans. 

We provide a range of support services to help clients with project management. This can range from detailed project scoping and design, right through to providing project management support. Specialising in sport, charity and community projects, we take great care to understand our clients aims and objectives and work effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.   

We regularly support organisations who need to source additional capacity or expertise, often at short notice. Our team bring significant experience and expertise across sport, charity and community sectors and our support can range from short-term assignments on specific projects through to leadership positions on a fixed interim basis. We only take on work where we are confident we add value and can meet the client’s needs. We have supported a range of clients including Cerebral Palsy Sport and Sport England.
